Returns

Please follow these steps to return goods:

• Goods can be returned free of charge within 14 days of receipt.
• A full refund will be issued for undamaged goods.
• Return shipping from Germany is free; for returns from other countries, you must pay for shipping yourself.
• Please log in to https://account.filles-de-steppe.com using the email address you used when placing your order.
• A one-time password will then be sent to your email address.
• Enter this password on the login page to access the customer portal.
• Select the order you wish to return and click on "Request Return."
• You can then select the items you wish to return. Click on "Request Return" again.
• After we have reviewed your request within one business day, you will receive an email from us with a link to the return label and instructions.
• Once we receive the returned goods, we will refund the full purchase price.
• The processing time for the refund depends on the payment method and can take up to 14 days.
